This page explains what the portfolio processes when you browse the site, send a Contact message, or choose to open the external Zoom Scheduler booking page.

Website hosting

This website is delivered as static files through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare necessarily processes network and security information needed to deliver the site, such as an IP address, request details, timestamps, and security signals. The portfolio does not use this information for advertising and does not run visitor analytics.

Contact messages

The Contact form collects your name, email address, optional company or organization, selected reason for contact, and message. This information is used only to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, account credentials, health information, financial details, or other sensitive personal information.

Formspree processes Contact submissions and delivers them to a private mailbox. Formspree's service is hosted in the United States. Its Free plan documents 30 days of submission history. Formspree may also process security and delivery metadata such as an IP address, browser type, access time, originating domain, and referring page. Separate security or legally required records may follow Formspree's own retention terms.

The portfolio does not store Contact messages in an application database. It does not use them for marketing, newsletter enrolment, analytics, public content, automated decision-making, or automated downstream workflows. No automatic response email is sent by the portfolio.

Anti-abuse verification

The Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile runs only on the Contact page when the form is available. It processes the technical signals needed to determine whether a submission appears legitimate. JavaScript is required to complete this verification.

Access and deletion enquiries

To ask about access to or deletion of a Contact submission, use the Contact form and select “Other”. Include enough non-sensitive information to identify the enquiry. A request may need to be verified before action is taken. Provider, mailbox, security, or legal retention may limit what can be deleted immediately.

Zoom Scheduler

Zoom Scheduler is linked as an external booking service. Viewing this portfolio or its Contact page does not load a Zoom embed, script, iframe, or cookie and does not send Contact-form data to Zoom. If you choose the booking link, your browser opens Zoom's website in a new tab. Zoom then processes the information you provide under Zoom's own privacy terms.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The portfolio does not use analytics, advertising technology, or marketing cookies. It does not create user accounts. Cloudflare Turnstile and external provider pages have their own necessary security and service behavior as described above.

This page will be updated when the portfolio's data handling or external services change. It is a practical description of this website and is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
